This resource provides information for teachers, counselors, and administrators involved with students in the career development process. The career development process is designed to enable an individual to understand his or her place in the world of work. Students develop and identify their careers through each career development stage--career awareness, exploration, and work-based learning opportunities. Throughout the process the student is empowered to determine his or her own career pathway and make choices in their educational and occupational pursuits that support the chosen path. This resource provides links to the resources available on the TCRC including career development courses, promotional and assessment resources,and support materials and information.
